How do I choose a configuration?
Use the options on the product page to select an available shape, metal and carat weight. The SKU, price, photographs and listed specifications update with your selection. Review those details before adding the piece to your bag.
Is the listed price for a complete ring?
Our ring finder shows complete listed rings. The product page displays the price for the selected configuration. A separate diamond-and-setting combination or a personal design requires a confirmed quotation before ordering.
What does carat weight mean?
Carat describes weight. Check whether a listing refers to the center stone or the total weight of all stones in the piece. Visit our Diamond guide for a closer look.
Are grading reports available?
Open the report link on the selected product page when one has been supplied. A certificate reference in the specifications does not always include a downloadable report. Contact us with the SKU if you would like it confirmed.
Can I choose a different ring size?
Check the listed size for your selected SKU. Contact us before ordering another size so we can confirm feasibility, charges and timing. Some designs, including full eternity bands, can have resizing limitations.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes, you can submit a design inquiry with your preferred shape, setting, metals, size and budget. Submitting a request starts a conversation; feasibility, compatibility, availability and pricing must be confirmed before an order.
Where are my saved pieces stored?
Saved pieces and comparison selections stay in the browser you use. They do not reserve inventory and are not automatically synced to your account or another device.
How do I compare pieces?
Choose Compare on a product or collection card, then open Compare pieces. You can compare up to four pieces and choose among their listed configurations.
How do I know the shipping cost?
Available delivery options and applicable charges are shown during checkout. For a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing to confirm the expected schedule.
How do I request a return?
Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. Our team will confirm the terms and instructions that apply to your order. Please arrange the return with us before sending a piece back.
